These terms govern your use of the LatchGear website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

The launch offer

The Launch Run 01 price of $3.99 with free shipping is a genuine promotional price limited to one unit per customer while the first production run lasts. The regular price is $24. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to exceed the one-per-customer limit.

Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at checkout; by completing checkout you authorize the charge shown.

Product use

LatchGear is a magnetic phone accessory. As with any magnet, keep it away from the magnetic stripe of credit and access cards and away from devices sensitive to magnetic fields. Use the product as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LatchGear is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
