Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your LatchGear order ships and how returns work. If anything here is unclear, email hello@latchgear.shop and a person will answer.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our United States warehouse, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm ET on a Friday ship the following business day.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipping label is created.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United States: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- International: 7-12 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on the Launch Run 01 promotion. Any applicable import duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us at checkout.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your ring for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund. Start a return by replying to your order email or writing hello@latchgear.shop with your order number.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll refund you in full and you do not need to send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
